The 2 I know of are in Sosua on the North Coast and in Santiago.

The Columbus Aguapark in Sosua is OPEN! It only closed during the winter months.
Try to avoid the Saturdays and especially Sundays when it is filled with local Dominicans.
The park is closed every Monday.

being surrounded by locals on saturday and sunday is actually good, it adds to the whole experience.

The rates at the Columbus Aguapark are as follows:
Kids from 4 to 12: US$10
Adults 13 and up: US$15
The park is open from 10AM to 6PM.
Seasons:
Open every day except Mondays until September.
Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from beginning of September to 4th of September.
Closed for the winter season from December 5th.
