The following are terms and conditions for advertisers on Hispaniola.com

1. Quality Assurance: Buyer will conduct its web advertising campaigns on the Hispaniola Internet properties in accordance with the highest industry standards. Buyer acknowledges that Hispaniola has no responsibility to review the Buyer's Ad Creative. Without limiting the foregoing, Buyer's web site(s) and Ad Creative shall not contain, or contain links to, content promoting the use of illegal substances; nudity, sex, pornography, or adult-oriented content; expletives or inappropriate language; content promoting illegal activity, racism, hate, "spam", mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or investment opportunities or advice not permitted under law; or any other content deemed inappropriate by Hispaniola in its sole discretion.
2. Public Relations: Hispaniola retains the right to refer to Buyer as a customer in its web site, press releases and marketing collateral.
3. Banners adds and navigation bar linked sites: The Hispaniola navigation menu will be kept in view when client sites are accessed through any of the Hispaniola Internet properties.
4. Contents Submitted to Hispaniola.com: Hispaniola does not claim ownership of the Content you place on your Hispaniola accessed Site and or advertisements. By submitting Content to Hispaniola for inclusion on the Hispaniola Site and or advertisement, you grant Hispaniola the world-wide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt and publish the Content solely for the purpose of displaying, distributing and promoting on Hispaniola Internet properties and associated sites carrying Hispaniola advertising campaigns. This license exists only for as long as you continue to be a Hispaniola client or have any postings on Hispaniola's Internet properties and shall be terminated at the time your Site/Account is terminated.
5. Limitation of Liability: The parties agree that use of Hispaniola's services is at Buyer's own risk.
6. Force Majeure: Hispaniola.com shall not be in default or otherwise liable for any delay in or failure of its performance under this Agreement where such delay or failure of its performance under this Agreement arises by reason of any Act of God, or any government or any governmental body, acts of war, the elements, strikes or labour disputes, or other cause beyond the control of Hispaniola.com.
